Refund Policy

Text revised: 24 September 2026

Public purchases in Aera Vibe are not currently available. This policy explains the current payment status, how to report an incorrect allowance or unexpected charge, and the rights you retain.

Using the free service does not authorise a payment. A demo does not automatically become a subscription.

01

Current service and payment status

Basic and the available Expert demo are free. Creating an account, starting an analysis or using the last demo run does not authorise a charge. No recurring payment starts automatically.

Free demo runs are usage allowances, not purchased credit, deposits or stored money. They have no cash redemption value. Their terms and age requirement of 18 are set out in the User Agreement.

Any paid purchase is optional. Before you agree to pay, we present the price, what you are buying, the applicable purchase and refund conditions, and how payment information is handled. No payment is authorised without your explicit agreement.

02

A failed analysis or incorrect allowance

A request rejected before an Expert run starts does not consume a run. If a service-side failure leaves your allowance lower than it should be, contact us. We review the run record and correct an erroneous deduction.

Automatic recovery is not instantaneous in every failure state. Report a missing result or a balance that has not recovered; you do not need to start another analysis to submit a complaint.

Restoring a free run corrects a usage allowance. It is not a monetary refund and does not replace any remedy you have under applicable law.

An analysis is an interpretation of the submitted material, not a guarantee that you will agree with every conclusion. Inaccurate, missing or materially defective results can still be reported and reviewed. A successful technical status alone does not establish that all service obligations have been met.

03

An unexpected charge

If a payment statement appears to show a charge for Aera Vibe, contact us even though public purchases are disabled. We will investigate the transaction and explain the outcome. The current free-service status is not a reason to refuse an investigation.

  • Include the payment date, amount, currency, statement description and a transaction reference if available.
  • Redact unrelated transactions, card numbers and other sensitive details from any screenshot.
  • Do not send passwords, two-factor or recovery codes, a full card number, security code or bank login.
  • For suspected fraud, also contact your bank or payment provider promptly. Our support process does not prevent you from using their dispute procedure or meeting their deadlines.
04

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes a mandatory consumer guarantee or remedy. The Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply where their conditions are met. Other mandatory local protections are also preserved.

The operator’s location outside Australia and New Zealand does not by itself exclude those laws. We also provide the additional consumer commitments stated in the User Agreement to users in other countries.

A legally required remedy can include correction, repeat supply, cancellation, a refund or compensation, depending on the circumstances. We do not substitute an account credit for a monetary remedy where you are entitled to choose that remedy.

A complaint to us is not a waiver of a right to contact a regulator, payment provider, tribunal or court. No voluntary deadline in a service policy can remove a remedy that the law makes available.

05

How to contact us

Email contact@aera.rent or use Support in your account. State your account email, what happened, the approximate date, any report or transaction reference and the resolution you are seeking.

We acknowledge complaints within five working days and provide a reasoned answer within thirty days, subject to any shorter applicable legal deadline. If more information is needed, we explain what is necessary and why.

Aera Vibe is operated by Sergei Kovalev, a natural person, at 19 Pirosmani Street, Batumi, Adjara 6000, Georgia. Telephone: +995 585 890 610. The operator is responsible for reviewing requests.

06

Policy changes

Material changes are communicated before they take effect. Changes do not retrospectively remove an existing right or reduce remedies for an earlier transaction.

The introduction of an optional paid service does not create an obligation to buy it. Your previous free use, account registration or acceptance of this policy does not authorise a charge; a purchase requires your separate explicit agreement to the terms shown before payment.
